We adapt our facilities to the needs of the industry

Our 160.000 square feet (15.000 square meters) factory of Hostalric is equipped with the last generation logistic and productive systems. Our 8.000 square meters warehouses of raw material and finished product, help us to have a sales volume of more than 5.000 tons per year.

We has devoted an area of 3.500 square meters (38.000 square feet) exclusively to production. The production machines are located into 18 independent cleaned rooms, properly-equipped according to the processing specific needs of our products, with automatic doors and an elaborate cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination, into an environment of control and inspection process specific to the pharmaceutical industry, but applied to reality of aromatics and medical herbs, infusions and teas.

We also have debacterization and disinsectation equipment of latest generation, enabling control of risks inherent in natural products. The basis of our system of quality assurance is our prestigious internal laboratory. We have all the necessary equipment to efficiently develop our process of control and verification.
